My experience doing a juice cleanse and why you should do one too!
This juice cleanse was everything I needed and more!!
Since I started eating meat again, my body has not felt the same, and I needed to take a day to give my gut a break.
I found this juice cleanse on Pinterest and I’d recommend anyone check out Pinterest for more juice recipes and cleanses.
Here is the juice schedule I used:
• 8 AM: kale, spinach, celery, green apple, cucumber, lemon, ginger, parsley, cilantro
• 10 AM: grapefruit, apple, lemon, ginger
• 12 PM: beets, apples, carrots, lemon, ginger
• 2 PM: kale, spinach, cucumber, pineapple, ginger
• 4 PM: pineapple, lemon, ginger, basil
• 6 PM: blueberries, red grapes, cucumber
I broke my fast with a salad with romaine lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, carrots, olives, and capers.
